What are site fees?
How much will it cost me? Just like owning a house or a car, there are additional running costs to take into consideration. Site fees are an annual cost which all owners pay, they vary depending on which park you are on and your pitch location.
Site fees cover things like park maintenance, refuse collection, landscaping, drainage and security. By paying annual site fees you:
- Experience holidays throughout the season
- Get the experience you would expect every time you stay
- Enjoy great entertainment and exclusive owner only events
- Are entitled to exclusive local area discounts at a range of attractions
Fees & running costs of your static caravan
Our annual site fees range from £2,995 to £7,513 depending on park and pitch location and are inclusive of rates and service charges.
In order to protect your holiday home, you will require holiday home insurance. Much like other insurance policies, this will vary depending on the make, model, size and specification of your holiday home and the level of cover you require. We work with specialist holiday home insurance providers who will be able to provide you with a competitive quote that’s tailored to suit your needs.
