Take an Insight into Ownership at Scoutscroft

Janice & Ken Campbell have been holiday home owners for three years. They take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere and how close they are to the beach. We asked them a few questions about their experience as owners and what made them choose Scoutscroft as their holiday home location!

Please tell us about yourself and who shares your holiday home.

We are a retired couple who enjoy being at Scoutscroft as it is quiet, peaceful, and so close to the beach. We only use our holiday home ourselves.

What made you choose your park as your holiday home location?

We looked at a few parks before coming to Scoutscroft but in the end it was the location that brought us here, it is excellent.

What type of holiday home do you own and what made you choose this model?

ABI Ambleside, we loved the layout, it’s perfect for us.

What is your favourite thing to do at your park?

Visiting the clubhouse since it has been refurbished. The café and chip shop are also very convenient.

How have you found your experience as a Verdant Leisure owner?

Our overall experience since becoming an owner with Verdant Leisure has been excellent. We have made many friends since we came here three years ago and must give a special mention to the general manager Karen Hampshire who has been a great help.

Do you have a highlight of the last year to share?

The burns supper was our highlight of the year, we had a great time.
