Ownership Marketing Executive
Location: Verdant Leisure, 10 Mannin Way, Lancaster, LA1 3SW
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time position of 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
Are you passionate about marketing and eager to make a real impact? Join our team as an Ownership Marketing Executive and play a key role in driving our holiday home ownership marketing strategy across our parks. From generating leads and supporting sales to enhancing the owner experience, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to bring innovative campaigns to life.
Typical duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, support part-exchange opportunities, and convert guests into owners.
- Create engaging digital content, including Facebook ads, emails, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Collaborate closely with ownership advisors and park managers to deliver tailored marketing support and drive local engagement.
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to ownership, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Create engaging communication for our Owners, supporting the business to provide them with a first class experience.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and reports to optimise results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Ensure that customers receive an efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalised service from the marketing department.
About the Person

You’ll be enthusiastic about developing and executing campaigns, building strong relationships, and ensuring our owners have an exceptional experience. A passion for digital marketing and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly Facebook advertising.
- Experience in creating and managing email campaigns
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Creative flair with exceptional attention to detail.
