About the Role

An excellent opportunity if you love holidays (who doesn’t!), have a knack for numbers, and want to develop your financial knowledge and skills by studying for the AAT qualification in an environment that will give you exposure to a wide range of financial and accounting tasks.

About the role:

You will be involved in the accurate completion of a range of financial and accounts tasks. This will include purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash and bank reconciliation, journals and report processing. The role will involve liaising with key individuals at our park locations and within the Lancaster office, as well as liaising with key external individuals to resolve any queries.

A key part of this role is the studying and work involved in the apprenticeship AAT qualification.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensure sales invoices are raised and posted accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with maintaining the customer ledger and reviewing aged debtors
• Process credit card statements and reconcile the credit card account
• Prepare the monthly bank and cash reconciliation for review by the Financial Controller
• Supporting the wider Finance team as required
