Ownership Administrator – Queensberry Bay Leisure Park
Location: Queensberry Bay Leisure Park, Annan, Dumfriesshire, DG12 5PN
Salary:£23,989 PA
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours:Full-time position of 40hrs a week over 5 days. Will include working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
About the Role
You will have responsibility for providing effective administrative support to the park ownership team. You will provide owners and the Ownership Team with after-sales support. You will work closely with the ownership team, customer services and our head office to ensure that administrative tasks such as invoicing and finance proposals are completed in a timely manner. The role is key to ensuring that the ownership team runs smoothly, and our owners receive a warm welcome and lasting personalised service on park.
About the Person
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, with demonstrable IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Experience with Elite CRM is highly desirable, but not essential if you can learn new systems quickly. You will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the ownership team and our customers on the phone, in person and in writing.
