Location: Coldingham Bay Leisure Park, School Rd, Coldingham, Eyemouth TD14 5NT
Salary: £24,622 PA (plus commissions)
Hours: Full-time positions of 40hrs a week over 5 days inc weekends and bank holidays

Join our Sales team as a Ownership Advisor and help to make our customers’ dreams of owning a holiday home come true. If you can build rapport with customers, manage a pipeline of leads and are driven to achieve targets, this outstanding opportunity awaits you!🌿
As a Ownership Advisor, you are responsible for ensuring that our current and prospective owners get the dream holiday home they are looking for. You will take customers on tours around the park, showing off the excellent facilities, letting them know about the local sites and above all understanding what they want out of a holiday home so you can recommend the best options. Our customers choose to join us because we are open and transparent about costs and expectations. We don’t pressure, or hard sell. After all, our beautiful locations sell themselves!
You will need to have previous experience in a face-to-face sales environment, preferably with holiday homes, caravans or similar. We are looking for someone who loves meeting and talking to people and who shows real passion for the holiday home lifestyle and our beautiful park locations.
Typical duties and responsibilities include:
- Spot and seize sales opportunities for caravans and lodges with new and existing customers.
- Lead engaging park tours, showcasing our holiday home options and services.
- Report on fresh sales leads in dynamic weekly sales meetings.
- Follow up on enquiries via calls, emails, and brochures, keeping the CRM system updated.
- Present clear and transparent pricing, fees, and finance options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Guide customers through finance packages, ensuring smooth paperwork and understanding.
- Stay on top of sales admin, processing invoices and finance proposals accurately.
- Represent the company at caravan shows and exhibitions throughout the year.
