As a Complex Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Complex Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Complex Manager in daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
• Managing stock control, rotation, and ordering to maintain efficiency.
• Creating staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage within budget.
• Promoting and coaching upselling techniques to maximise sales.
• Overseeing opening and closing procedures for the bar and kitchen.
• Ensuring staff are uniformed, well-trained, and equipped with strong product knowledge.
• Delivering exceptional bar and table service, setting a gold standard for the team.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience supervising food and beverage services.
• A natural motivator who inspires teams to achieve excellence.
• A flexible, proactive approach with a "can-do" attitude.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Knowledge of licensing laws (a personal license is a bonus!).
