Typical duties and responsibilities:

• Taking charge of front-of-house operations when the Bar & Restaurant Manager is away

• Keeping our guests happy! Conducting spot checks and resolving any issues on the spot

• Managing rotas, stock, and ensuring we’re always ready for busy days and nights

• Promoting the venue on social media and through marketing campaigns

• Ensuring we’re fully compliant with health & safety and all licensing laws

• Keeping the bar well-stocked while maintaining a keen eye on waste reduction and profitability

• Welcoming every guest like they’re part of the family 💚

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience in managing or supervising a bar, with a knack for creating a positive and energetic atmosphere

• Proven ability to lead, train, and coach teams to deliver exceptional service

• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

• A thorough understanding of licensing laws (personal license required)

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
