Typical duties and responsibilities:

• Keeping a watchful eye over our pool and ensuring all guests are safe and supported

• Performing first aid, water rescues, and responding to poolside incidents with confidence

• Delivering amazing guest service and handling enquiries with a friendly attitude

• Monitoring poolside conduct and keeping facilities clean and well-presented

• Completing regular water tests and reporting anything out of the ordinary

What We’re Looking for:

• A current NPLQ (or equivalent) qualification is essential

• Recent experience working as a Lifeguard

• A strong communicator with a great sense of teamwork

• Someone who stays calm under pressure and acts fast when needed

• Bonus points for a Pool Plant qualification (but not essential—we’ll support your development!)
