Complex Team Member
Location: Riverside Leisure Park, South Rd, Wooler NE71 6NJ
Salary: £7.58 per hour (ages 16-17) to £11.44 per hour (ages 18+)
Hours: Hours are variable depending on customer demand. Core days are Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Will include working weekend and bank holidays.

As a Complex Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Complex Manager you will be responsible for:
- Taking and delivering accurate orders for food and/or drinks promptly and in a friendly manner
- Assisting the chef with food preparation and cleaning
- Taking payments, issuing receipts and ensuring accurate change
- Ensuring that the bar and tables are kept well stocked as necessary
- Changing barrels, gas and check soft drink pumps as required
- Following all liquor procedures and company policies as instructed
- Greeting all customers and ensure they receive an efficient, friendly and personalised experience
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, or the ability to learn quickly. You must have:
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- A friendly and flexible attitude
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role or the ability to learn the role quickly
